We all know that books can be a great way to escape the world and enter another one, but did you know that they can also be a great way to get parenting advice from the best of the best?

And that's exactly what one mom did when she took her adult son to task for shaming a breastfeeding mother on the street. The mom writes, "I had my son with me when I saw the woman breastfeeding her child in a public place. It was a beautiful sight, and I was proud of my son for being so supportive of his mother and her child.

My son asked me what the woman was doing, and I told him that she was breastfeeding.

"He asked me why people were making such a big deal out of it, and I told him that it was because people are ignorant and judgmental. I asked my son to stand up for the woman, and he did. "He told the people who were making fun of the woman that she was doing a great job and that they were being too judgmental.

He was polite and respectful, and I was proud of him.

"This is a perfect example of how books can be used to educate children and help them to understand the world around them. I'm glad my son was able to use his books to help someone else, and I'm sure the woman in question was grateful as well."
